Our Design Process

1 Discovery Meeting

Your project begins with a complimentary consultation with our professional landscape designers where we will get to know you and brainstorm ideas for your ideal landscape. From a sprawling poolscape for all-summer lounging to a party-ready pavilion, we’ll explore all innovative design ideas you have in mind, and we may introduce some of our own, such as fire and water features, to complement and complete the look.

2 Project Planning & Design

Everything we discussed and agreed upon during our landscape design consultation consulting begins to take shape with our detailed 3D renderings. We use our comprehensive commercial landscape design planning process to fine-tune the details until you are satisfied. Our expert team will make sure that you understand the ins and outs of your project before implementing anything. Once we have obtained your approval, we will follow up with an in-depth construction proposal.

3 Construction Phase

Using your completed design documents, our expert builders will efficiently and accurately construct all the elements of your new outdoor living area. As you watch the results unfold, our professional landscape designers will keep you well-informed on timeline and progress. Upon project completion, we will walk you through how our ongoing expert care can ensure your lifetime enjoyment of your new outdoor living environment.

How should I prepare for the meeting?

Gathering any photos that inspire you is a great way to communicate your taste to the designer. Have the house plat available, this provides our professional landscape designers with critical information about your property. Prepare a budget. It can feel awkward to share your budget at the beginning but this allows our designers to create a plan that meets your needs.

How long will the design process take?

This process will vary according to the size of your project and time of year. Your designer will give you a timeline at your consultation.

What do you charge for landscape design plans?

Although it may be possible to find landscape design companies that offer free landscape designs, in our experience, such designs are not an equivalent product. Our designers create accurate buildable drawings that account for special site conditions, HOA and county restrictions, etc. Our goal is to discover and solve issues in the planning phase to minimize unpleasant surprises and costs during construction. We follow the PPP philosophy: Planning Prevents Problems.

I already have a design, can you implement it?
